General: It must be clearly understood and agreed that whilst every care and attention is given to your dog(s)they are accepted at the owner's risk. Our first concern is for the welfare of your dog so in the event of injury or illness a Vet may be sought and unless it can be clearly shown that we are liable, all costs in connection and in the carrying out of this instruction shall be at the owner's expense. 

Fleas:  Pip's Pet Grooming is a flea-free salon and as such, we would ask that if you become aware that your dog has fleas you please get in touch with us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Should a dog arrive with fleas, an additional charge of £10 will be added to the grooming cost in order to pay for full salon disinfectant.

Cancellation/no-show charge: We understand that life happens which means you may not be able to attend a scheduled appointment. We ask that at least 24 hours' notice is given for an appointment cancellation. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Teeth cleaning: during the teeth cleaning procedure, it is possible the dog's gums may bleed. This is unavoidable during the cleaning procedure and should clear up very quickly. If you are unsure about this please speak with us prior to your visit so we can discuss it at more length.

New customers: all new customers are required to complete Pip's Pet Grooming's online client information form along with a 50% non-refundable deposit, for the first appointment only. Click here for the form. Once this form has been submitted a payment link will be sent via email. No appointment will be made until both the form and deposit have been sent.
